The rules for using Kellexa.

By using Kellexa you agree to these terms. They’re short on purpose.

01The service

Kellexa is a household operating system: home memory, scheduling and reminders, sharing, and Helpers for finding and coordinating with service partners. Kellexa does not process, collect, hold, or pay out money for helper work.

02Accounts

You must be at least 13. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you store and for who you invite into a home. The owner of a home controls permissions, transfer, and deletion of that home.

03Acceptable use

Don’t abuse sign-in codes, invites, or export. Don’t try to access another home’s data. We may rate-limit, lock, or disable accounts that attack the service or other people.

04Workspaces and donations

Your first workspace is free, with every feature. Each extra workspace you own is a yearly subscription of ₹999, billed to its owner. Joining someone else’s workspace as a member is always free.

If an extra workspace isn’t renewed, it locks: members can still open and read everything, but nothing can be added or changed and reminders pause. Renewing unlocks it with nothing lost. See Pricing for details.

A donation is voluntary and is not a subscription. Neither subscriptions nor donations are a fee, commission, or payment method for hiring helpers.

05Paying helpers

Kellexa doesn’t charge households or helpers to discover, request, or hire. There is no in-app payment for helper work: we don’t take money from anyone for that work, hold it, take a share, or pay it out.

If a household hires a helper, they settle payment between themselves — by UPI, cash, bank transfer, or any method they agree. Kellexa is a coordination tool, not a bank, escrow, or payroll service.

06Helpers, listings, and reviews

Listings and requests are for coordination. Reviews must reflect completed work you were part of. We may hide reviews that are abusive or off-topic, and suspend partners who break these terms. Kellexa does not guarantee that work will be performed, or that payment between a household and a helper will be completed.
