Is the free workspace a trial?
No. Your first workspace is the full product, free for as long as you use it. Every feature is included.
Which workspace is the free one?
The first one you created. If you delete it, your next oldest workspace becomes the free one.
What happens if an extra workspace isn’t paid?
It locks. Everyone in it can still open and read everything, but nothing can be added or changed and reminders pause. Renew and it unlocks straight away, with nothing lost.
Can I delete a locked workspace?
Yes. You can delete it any time, and restore it within 30 days if you change your mind.
Do I pay to join someone else’s home?
No. Workspaces are billed to their owner. Joining one as a member is always free.
What is a reminder ping?
Each time Kellexa nudges you about an open item. After the last ping it stops notifying, and the item stays open in the app until you deal with it.
